During 2006 the decision was made to use the many years experience gained on food industry factory maintainance to offer a building maintainance service for domestic property.

THC Midlands Ltd and the long established and well respected Derby based maintenance company Projects Unlimited pooled their resources and formed a brand new company, THC Projects Ltd

This company combines the expertise and experience gained by two long established companies to provide an excellent service to private property owners. Amongst the contracts already carried out are loft conversions, garden and drive re modelling, Brickwork rendering, bathroom conversions etc.
